Shipping and returns
How we pack, ship and handle problems with an order.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We don’t currently ship internationally or to PO boxes for express orders.
Rates and times
- Standard US: 2–4 business days. $9.50, or free on orders over $150 after discounts.
- Express US: 1–2 business days. $24.00.
Orders whose payment clears before 1 pm Central ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves.
Packaging
Vials travel in an insulated mailer with a cold pack, cushioned and sealed. The outer packaging is plain, with no product names visible.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Email support@veridexlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package. We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns
Because research materials can’t be resold once they leave our controlled storage, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days, let us know. We open a claim with the carrier and reship your order once it’s confirmed lost.
